• Wallet addresses (public keys) — When you connect a Solana wallet, we receive your public wallet address to facilitate on-chain interactions such as token swaps and game participation. This is a public blockchain address, not private information.

Information collected automatically:

• Device and browser information — Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and language preferences.
• Usage data — Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform, and referral sources.
• Cookies — Minimal cookies used for site functionality (see Section 6).

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

DTS is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect:

• Private keys or seed phrases — ever, under any circumstances.
• Personal identity information — no account creation, no email sign-up, no KYC required.
• Financial information — we do not process payments or store credit card details.
• Location data beyond what is inherent in IP addresses.

3. Wallet Connections

All wallet connections on DTS are entirely non-custodial. When you connect your Solana wallet:

• We only receive your public wallet address.
• We never store, access, or request your private keys or seed phrases.
• Transactions are signed locally in your wallet and broadcast directly to the Solana blockchain.
• You can disconnect your wallet at any time, which immediately clears your session data from the Platform.

4. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Facilitate wallet-connected features (swaps, coin flip game).
• Display relevant DeFi rates, token prices, and market data.
• Improve the Platform and user experience.
• Monitor for abuse, fraud, and prohibited uses.
• Maintain and debug Platform functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services that may independently collect data according to their own privacy policies:

• Vercel — Hosting and deployment infrastructure.
• Jupiter Ultra — Token swap execution and routing.
• DeFi Llama — DeFi protocol yield rate data.
• CoinGecko — Token price data.
• dFlow / Kalshi — Prediction market data and links.
• Helius — Solana RPC node provider.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services. DTS is not responsible for the data practices of third-party providers.

6. Cookies

DTS uses minimal cookies strictly for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking. Cookies may be used for:

• Maintaining wallet connection state during your session.
• Storing user preferences (such as theme settings).
• Basic analytics via privacy-respecting services (Plausible or Vercel Analytics).

You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though some Platform features may not function as intended.

7. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools such as Plausible Analytics or Vercel Analytics to understand how the Platform is used. These tools do not use cookies for tracking, do not collect personal data, and do not track users across websites.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party. We may share limited data only:

• With service providers necessary for Platform operation (hosting, RPC).

• To protect the rights, safety, and security of DTS and its users.

DTS retains minimal data. We do not maintain persistent user accounts. Session data related to wallet connections is cleared when you disconnect your wallet or close your browser. Server logs and analytics data may be retained for a limited period for operational and security purposes.

10. Children

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data through the Platform, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

11. Your Rights & Choices

Because DTS collects minimal data and does not require account creation, your primary control is:

• Disconnect your wallet — This clears your session data from the Platform immediately.
• Clear cookies — Use your browser settings to clear any cookies set by the Platform.
• Stop using the Platform — No account deletion is needed because no account exists.

12. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we process. However, no system is completely secure. Because DTS is non-custodial and collects minimal data, the risk surface is inherently limited.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
